The “Expat Coaching” path offers practical tools as well as emotional support to help the coachee and families adapt to the the new environment, enhance the international experience and overcome any difficulties.

Expat Coaching focuses on strengthening personal skills and conscious adaptation.

THIS EXPAT COACHING PROGRAM OFFERS

• A free online introductory meeting to better understand if Expat Coaching is what you’re looking for and suits your goal.
• A first session lasting about 1.5/2 hours to delve deeper and define your goal
• Intermediate sessions lasting about 1 hour on a regular basis every 2 weeks or according to your needs. Each session ends with a concrete action plan and exercises to be done between sessions.
• A final session to evaluate and conclude your path.

Expat Coaching sessions can be held in Italian, English and Dutch and in person in Milan and Pavia.
